Use our booking form to request availability and price of a
stay, you will receive a prompt response and you can then proceed to booking.
HOW TO BOOK
Reservations are required for the data of your credit card to guarantee only
the reservation will not be taken from that no advance.
Or is it required a bank transfer of 30% of the entire stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Is possible to cancel your reservation before 20 days from the date of check-in without any charge.
From 20 days to 1 day from the date of check-in will be deducted from your credit card
the sum equal to 30% of the total booking.
In case of no show will be held by your credit card 30% of the total booking.
PAYMENT
The payment of the entire stay will be charged upon
check-in via cash or credit card. We do not accept checks.
DEPOSIT
Refundable deposit of 200 € is required for any damage to the apartment or what
contained in it (including losses) and will be returned on departure after checking
state of the property and furnishings. It must be paid or guaranteed arrival
together with the delivery of the keys.
CHECK-IN
We will welcome you in our time frame you prefer.
For arrivals before 12 noon will be offered the luggage.
Hours to get from 21 to 24 is planned to supplement of 15 €.
Hours to get from 24 to 8 is planned to supplement of 25 €.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is expected within 10 hours, with the return of keys and the return
the deposit, after checking the state of the apartment.
