The rate includes all fuel, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and taxes
(+ Intermediate cleaning and linen change for stays over 4 nights).

E 'including the use of the kitchenette.
It 'always expressly excluded the cleaning of the stove and dishes.
Upon release of the unit housing the guest has the obligation to return the stove
and the dishes in a good state of preservation and use, or clean and tidy.
If this last fact does not occur we will charge the customer the amount of 15 €.

A surcharge of 30 € for extra cleaning in the presence of small dogs.
